THE PROBLEM
A call center that lives in the cloud has to do more than place calls. Teams need analytics on what happens, integrations with the CRM they already use, and a way to take calls away from their desk.
Voice is also unforgiving. A slow dashboard is annoying. A dropped or delayed call is a lost customer conversation.
And the product has to fit how sales and support teams already work. A call center that does not talk to the CRM means double entry, and double entry means gaps in the customer record.
WHAT WE BUILT
We helped build CloudTalk's smart call center across its main parts: cloud telephony, analytics and CRM integrations.
We also worked on the hybrid mobile app, which uses SIP.js and WebRTC to handle calls on the go. Bringing real-time voice into a hybrid app is a specialised corner of mobile app development, and the call center itself is a demanding web application built around live data.
OUTCOME
CloudTalk's users got a cloud call center with analytics, CRM integrations and a mobile app for calls away from the desk.
Real-time streams show up across much of our work. For live infrastructure monitoring over WebSockets, see Slovanet Kitana.
