Custom AI

Plugging a chatbot into a public API is easy. Getting AI to work with your real data, respect your permissions and keep that data under your control is engineering. We build custom AI solutions end to end: the models, the agents, the integrations and the infrastructure they run on.

We do not only advise on AI, we run it. Namiru.ai, our own AI customer support platform, answers customers for European businesses 24/7 in production. For Asora we designed an agentic AI architecture, and for Uniters we are building an AI agent that works across the whole platform.

Self-hosted AI models: privacy, control and data security

Sending contracts, customer records or financial data to a third party model provider is often a non-starter. Self-hosted open-weight models run on your own infrastructure or on our dedicated EU hardware in German data centers. Your prompts and documents never leave the environment you control.

We size the model to the job. A smaller, well-chosen model with good retrieval often beats a huge one on cost, latency and accuracy in a specific domain. Where a hosted frontier model is the better tool, we say so and design the data flow to limit what it sees.

AI agents built from scratch

An AI agent is software that plans, calls tools and acts on your systems. We build agents from scratch around your workflows instead of wrapping a generic framework nobody can debug. Every tool call is typed, permissioned and logged, and a human stays in the loop wherever an action has consequences.

For Asora we built the agentic AI architecture of a wealth management platform. Namiru.ai trains an agent on a company website in minutes, books appointments straight into Google Calendar and turns conversations into product insights. On Uniters, the built-in agent works across sourcing, onboarding and delivery data.

Custom MCP servers and AI strategy consulting

Can AI run without sending our data to OpenAI or other providers?

Yes. We deploy open-weight models on your own infrastructure or on our dedicated hardware in German data centers, so prompts, documents and outputs stay in an environment you control. For some tasks a hosted model is still the better tool; in that case we limit and anonymize what it receives.

What does a custom AI project cost?

It depends on scope: the number of data sources and how clean they are, whether you need self-hosted models and GPUs, the tools an agent can use, and your security requirements. A focused proof of concept costs far less than a full platform. The free roadmap gives you a number with a detailed cost breakdown.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

By grounding it. Answers are generated from retrieved documents and tool results, sources can be cited, and the agent is allowed to say it does not know. We build evaluation sets from your real questions and measure accuracy before and after every change, so quality is a number, not a feeling.

Is it GDPR compliant?

We design for GDPR by default: EU hosting, data minimization, access control, retention rules and audit logs of what the AI accessed. Self-hosting removes an entire category of third party processors. You remain the controller, but the technical measures are in place from day one.

Who owns the models, prompts and code?

You do. Code, prompts, evaluation sets, fine-tuned weights and IP for the work you pay for belong to you. The base model license still applies to open-weight models, and we check its terms for commercial use during the roadmap, before you commit to anything.
